Alonya was fantastic! So some context...

Alonya helped us find our home in Oakland and she was great. She was very communicative, knowledgeable about the community, and had some good strategic advice for us with regards to who to use for lending, offer size, and contingencies.

Fast forward 15 mo and unfortunately this home just didn't work out for us. As light sleepers, the urban living was simply too noisy for us and we made the choice to sell. She was very sympathetic and understanding of our situation and moved quickly to help us get it sold. We had a lot of anxiety about losing money and the move but Alonya helped us get the house staged and sold in a timely manner...even during COVID.
